Feedback

BC7News values reader feedback as an essential component of responsible and evolving
journalism. Feedback helps improve content quality, editorial clarity, and the overall experience on
bc7news.in.

This page outlines how readers can share feedback and how such input is reviewed and considered.

Why Feedback Matters

Constructive feedback supports transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reader insights
help BC7News understand audience expectations, identify areas for improvement, and enhance public-value
reporting.

Types of Feedback We Welcome

Readers may share feedback related to:

  • Clarity, accuracy, or usefulness of published content
  • Suggestions for new topics or coverage areas
  • Website usability and navigation experience
  • Editorial standards and presentation
  • General comments about platform performance

How Feedback Is Reviewed

All feedback received through official communication channels is reviewed by the appropriate editorial or
administrative team. Feedback is evaluated objectively and used to inform future improvements where
relevant.

Editorial Independence

While feedback is valued, editorial decisions remain independent. Suggestions and opinions do not
automatically result in content changes but are considered within established editorial standards.

Responsible Communication

Feedback should be shared respectfully and in good faith. Messages containing abusive language,
misinformation, or unlawful content may not be reviewed or responded to.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Any personal information shared as part of feedback is handled responsibly and in accordance with the
Privacy Policy of BC7News. Information is used only for feedback review and response purposes.

Response and Follow-Up

While BC7News may not respond individually to every feedback submission, all legitimate input is
acknowledged and contributes to ongoing platform evaluation.

Commitment to Improvement

By encouraging feedback, BC7News demonstrates its commitment to transparency, reader engagement, and
continuous improvement in digital journalism.

We appreciate the time and thought readers invest in sharing their perspectives.
