A valid counter-notification must include:

- Identification of the removed content and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mi or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of applicable courts
Repeat Infringement Policy
BC7News reserves the right to take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including restricting
or terminating access to bc7news.in where necessary.
False or Misleading Claims
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal consequences.
Users are encouraged to ensure claims are accurate and made in good faith.
